Terms of Service
By commissioning me, means you have agreed to these terms

IMPORTANT NOTE
All clients please prepare a clear references or a detailed description of the character(s) beforehand.
The art will be yours so please planning an idea on how your art will be is necessary. This will also prevent any dissents in the progress.
Using of my work for any profits or association with NFTs or cryptocurrencies is strictly prohibited.

I - PAYMENT
All payment shall be made within 42 hours after the sketch was approved.
Available payment method is Paypal.

II - WORK IN PROGRESS
The average deadline for normal illustration commissions is 2-4 weeks; for Vtuber model commissions is 5-10 weeks.
WIPs will be update by 4 phases: Sketch - Line - Flat colour - Full. Or anytime the client want to.
Clients must deposit 20% of total price after the Sketch phase in order to continue the commission; and another 20% of the total price after Flat colour phase.
Any third requests forward to fix or make changes in the art will cost 10% of total price (except Sketch phase).
If there are any unexpected events (health, work, or family issues), I will notify you ASAP.

III - COPYRIGHTS
The artist hold every rights to final product, therefore they are allowed to use it to promote themselves or display on social media. If the clients has any plans on not showing it please inform me with a acceptable reason.
The artist has no claim of ownership for the characters depicted.
The client can use the finished product for non-commercial use (ex. set as an icon or wallpaper). If reposting on their social media, please, a proper credit to the artist is a must
If commercial right for the product is required, prices will be 3 times the original.
For any reason, the client CANNOT remove, alter or edit all credits and watermarks.
